- R&D expense fell to $1.81 million from $5.37 million, due to lower setrusumab and alvelestat program spending.
- G&A expense edged down to $5.22 million from $5.49 million, on delayed pre-commercial investment for setrusumab in Europe.
- Cash and cash equivalents declined to $30.12 million at June 30, 2026; cash runway is now expected to extend into late 2027.
- Entered an option and license deal with Sentynl for U.S. rights to alvelestat; Phase 3 is planned for early 2027 if the option is exercised.
