- Nilai transaksi USD 11 juta tunai, dikurangi biaya transaksi tertentu.
- Kesepakatan mencakup escrow USD 150.000 untuk penyesuaian pascapenutupan, serta USD 1,1 juta untuk kewajiban ganti rugi.
- Intermap sudah memiliki seluruh saham preferen seri B PCI, serta 3,3% saham biasa PCI.
- CEO PCI June McAlarey tetap memimpin PCI, sekaligus menjadi EVP Intermap untuk bisnis komersial.
