- NYSE menilai emiten melanggar ketentuan kapitalisasi pasar global rata-rata 30 hari minimal $50 juta serta ekuitas pemegang saham minimal $50 juta.
- Perusahaan harus menyerahkan rencana bisnis dalam 45 hari untuk memulihkan kepatuhan dalam masa pemulihan sembilan bulan.
- Saham Class A tetap tercatat di NYSE selama masa pemulihan jika rencana diterima, dengan pemantauan berkala.
- NYSE dapat memulai proses delisting bila rencana terlambat atau ditolak.
