- EBITDA rose to R$ 124.8 million from negative in 1Q26; margin improved to 34.6% from -5.7%.
- Net debt fell 21.3% versus end-1Q26 to R$ 426.1 million; leverage dropped to 2.76x net debt/EBITDA from 6.85x.
- Management cited a US tariff reimbursement process starting in May; R$ 91.1 million was recognized in other operating income in 2Q26.
