- Offtake set at 20,000 tpa from start-up, rising to 40,000 tpa following the first five years.
- Planned 10-year term; pricing indexed to market references with a floor price; FOB Dar es Salaam.
- Step-up volume equals about 55% of Epanko’s planned 73,000 tpa initial capacity, supporting staged expansion plans.
- Combined with a separate 20,000 tpa deal with ThyssenKrupp unit tk accelis, contracted European sales reach 40,000 tpa.
