- Basic EPS more than doubled to $2.09; profit after tax included $35.4 million from discontinued operations tied to the Winterflood custody sale.
- Adjusted profit before tax (non-IFRS) climbed 56% to $165.9 million; adjusted margin widened 2.5 percentage points to 23.8%.
- Clearing revenue rose 16% to $161.3 million; Agency and Execution increased 35% to $351 million.
- Completed redomiciliation to Bermuda on July 1; issued $500 million of hybrid capital and $500 million of senior unsecured notes.
