- EPS is expected at a loss of 95.88 to 96.05 cents, versus a reported loss of 0.85 cents a year earlier.
- HEPS is expected at a loss of 95.88 to 96.05 cents, versus a reported loss of 0.85 cents previously.
- Prior-year EPS and HEPS will be restated to 9.49 cents under reverse acquisition accounting tied to the CC Pharmaceutical deal.
- Annual results are expected on or about Aug. 28, 2026.
