Sabanci Holding Q2 FY26 net income swings to profit at TRY 14.2 billion; revenue falls 9.7% YoY to TRY 426.07 billion
Reuters2026/08/12 15:41- Sabancı Holding Q2 2026 net income rose to TRY 14.2 billion from TRY 2.3 billion a year earlier; ROE improved to 4.9% from -2.8%.
- Results included a TRY 8.9 billion gain from completing the Group’s full exit from Akçansa; excluding this, net income more than doubled to TRY 5.3 billion.
- Combined EBITDA increased 13.1% year-on-year to TRY 54.07 billion while combined revenue fell 9.7% to TRY 426.07 billion.
- Holding-only net cash reached a record TRY 35.3 billion; non-bank net debt/EBITDA was 1.7x versus the 2.0x policy threshold.
- Portfolio moves included full exits from Akçansa and Carrefoursa; CEO Kıvanç Zaimler said the focus remains simplifying the portfolio.
