- Cash and cash equivalents more than doubled to EUR 31.9 million; operating cash flow surged to EUR 22.3 million.
- Installer network expanded to 8,600; Shelly Cloud active users increased to 2.9 million.
- Confirmed 2026 guidance for revenue of EUR 195 million-EUR 205 million; EBIT seen at EUR 47 million-EUR 52 million.
