- It ended the quarter with USD 22,607 in cash and a working capital deficit of USD 495,412.
- Subsequent to quarter-end, it raised USD 300.15 million in gross proceeds from its initial public offering and USD 7.47 million from a private placement.
- It placed USD 300.15 million into a trust account to fund a business combination.
