- Net sales rose 5% to USD 936 million; gross margin widened 5.1 percentage points to 33.5%.
- Non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS climbed 64% to USD 3.66; results included USD 30.9 million of tariff refunds.
- Free cash flow swung to an inflow of USD 217.8 million; net leverage ratio improved to 0.8x EBITDA.
- Forecast fiscal Q2 net sales of USD 955 million-USD 995 million; sees non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS of USD 3.15-USD 3.25.
