- Units begin trading on Nasdaq under OCLTU; each unit includes 1 ordinary share, 1 right for 1/4 share, 1 redeemable warrant.
- Each whole warrant allows purchase of 1 ordinary share at USD 11.5; shares, rights, warrants expected to trade as OCLT, OCLTR, OCLTW.
- Deal set to close Aug. 10, subject to customary conditions; underwriters hold a 45-day option for 1,500,000 additional units.
