07:33 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wendy's (WEN) stock was 13% lower premarket Thursday, a day after Reuters reported that the company's shareholder Trian Fund Management currently has no plans to make a take-private bid for the fast-food chain operator. HP (HPQ) shares were down 10% after the company reported adjusted earnings of $0.83 per share that included a $0.11 per-share benefit from one-time tariff refunds. Advasa (ADBT) stock was 5% lower premarket, continuing from the 14% fall at the previous close. Dollar Tree (DLTR) shares were down 5% following the company's fiscal Q2 results. Moderna (MRNA) stock was 4% lower, extending the previous session's 5.8% decline.
