- Shareholders adopted all proposed resolutions, except the auditor appointment item, which was withdrawn following HLB CMA South Africa’s resignation.
- Approvals included re-appointments to the audit and risk committee, plus the social and ethics committee, along with confirmation of Langton Mpofu’s board appointment.
- Shareholders granted a general authority to issue ordinary shares and sell treasury shares for cash.
- Other items adopted included amendments to the performance share plan, a share buyback authority, directors’ fees approval, and financial assistance authorizations.
