- Francis will succeed Haio Barbeito, who will move from an operating role into an advisory position.
- Francis joined in March 2026 as Old Navy Chief Customer Officer, also leading Marketing Shared Services.
- He previously advised Walmart’s c-suite and board, also holding senior roles at Target, JCPenney, DreamWorks Animation.
