- Terms include a maximum consolidated leverage ratio covenant of 4.00x, stepping up to 4.50x under certain circumstances.
- Terminated the 2019 Revolving and L/C Facilities Agreement on Aug. 21, 2026, which had $1 billion revolver commitments.
- The prior agreement also included a $20 million letter of credit facility, maturing Oct. 13, 2026.
- No amounts were outstanding under the terminated facilities at the time of termination.
