Target Q2 FY26 EPS more than doubles to $4.11; net sales rise 5.3% to $26.5 billion vs year-ago quarter

- Operating income more than doubled to USD 2.56 billion, including USD 994 million of tariff refunds recorded as a cost-of-sales reduction.
- Net sales rose 5.3% to USD 26.54 billion, driven by a 3.8% comparable-sales gain on 3.6% higher traffic.
- Gross margin rate widened 4.7 percentage points to 33.7%.
- After-tax ROIC increased to 15.4% for the trailing 12 months ended Aug. 1, 2026.
