- Operating loss narrowed to USD 23.55 million from USD 34.04 million, as harvest volume climbed to 2,842 tons.
- Average sales price increased to USD 9.32/kg from USD 8.67/kg, while standing biomass rose to 3,592 tons from 3,235 tons.
- Coral HoldCo’s tender offer lifted ownership to 68.73%, with an investor group targeting full ownership, delisting, bridge-loan conversion, and a USD 26 million equity raise.
