- The unit covers regulated cash equities and derivatives markets, the multilateral trading facility, their management, and related real estate.
- The statutory 30-day creditor period ended following July 31, 2026 filings of the draft demerger agreement in the commercial registry.
- The transaction remains conditional on corporate approvals, regulatory clearances, and completion of remaining registry publications and filings.
