Hycroft Mining appoints four independent directors, names Richard O’Brien lead independent director

- Richard O’Brien, former Newmont Mining CEO and CFO, was appointed lead independent director.
- Marcelo Godoy, AngloGold Ashanti executive vice president and chief technology officer, joined the board.
- Josh Olmsted, former Freeport-McMoRan president and COO for the Americas, was added as a director.
- Blake Rhodes, former Newmont general counsel and senior vice president, joined following senior roles in strategic development and Indonesia.
