Sector Update: Tech

08:55 AM EDT, 09/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were leaning lower premarket Wednesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) declining by 0.3% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) down 0.1%. Dell Technologies (DELL) stock was up more than 9% after the company posted higher fiscal Q2 non-GAAP adjusted earnings and revenue, and raised its fiscal 2027 guidance.
