The Dow Jones opened up 0.47%, the Nasdaq rose 0.45%, and the S&P 500 gained 0.26%. Leading tech stocks include Tesla up 2.47%, Meta Platforms up 1.96%, and Google-A up 1.02%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index fell 0.67%, with NetEase down 1.9% and NIO dropping 1.81%.
