- Housing stock operations will shift to a nationwide one-stop model across all 47 prefectures, integrating after-sales service with “Livness” functions.
- Daiwa House Reform will be renamed Daiwa House Partners, consolidating detached-home stock services; Daiwa House Rental Reform will become D-ROOM Partners.
- Reorganization takes effect April 1, 2027; Daiwa House Real Estate will transfer rental management to Daiwa Living before merging into Daiwa House Partners.
