03:27 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) said Thursday its managed funds agreed to purchase a minority stake in Malaysian medical services provider Avisena Healthcare. No financial information was provided. The capital will fund additional multi-specialty treatments at existing facilities and the construction of new hospitals in the Klang Valley region, in addition to the two medical centers it already has, the company said. The acquisition remains subject to standard closing conditions, KKR said.
