Nano Nuclear, Enveniam Sign Agreement on Microreactor Infrastructure

08:39 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy (NNE) said Friday that it has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Enveniam to address nuclear fuel cycle infrastructure, microreactor commercialization, advanced manufacturing, and end-user energy solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Nano Nuclear said the collaboration will create a framework to advance its developing reactor, nuclear fuel fabrication, and transportation capabilities. It also said that any specific services, funding, projects or commercial commitments would be subject to separate definitive agreements. "We aim to strengthen the practical pathway from technology development to regulatory licensing, manufacturing and deployment, while preserving the flexibility to evaluate each potential project on its individual merits," Nano Nuclear Chairman Jay Yu said in a statement.
