Bending Spoons Completes All-Cash Acquisition of Airtable

08:58 AM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bending Spoons (BSP) completed its all-cash acquisition of Airtable, the company said Friday. Under the terms of the transaction, Bending Spoons acquired 100% of Airtable's issued and outstanding shares. Bending Spoons expects to incorporate Airtable into its guidance in its next quarterly results, it said. Airable provides a platform used by organizations to re-organize data and manage workflows. The acquisition is Bending Spoons' first since its July 1 Nasdaq listing, the company said. Financial terms were not disclosed.
