- Refund relates to IVA credits for Jan. 1–Jun. 30, 2025; SAT resolution covered MXN 75 million total.
- Remaining MXN 5.5 million was settled through SAT administrative adjustments; cash proceeds face success-based advisory fees, related costs.
- Outstanding IVA receivables stood at MXN 500 million as of July 31, 2026; about MXN 425 million remains under review.
