Bank of America to Redeem Senior Notes due September 2027

04:37 PM EDT, 09/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of America (BAC) will redeem all outstanding 425 million Canadian dollars ($307.2 million) of floating rate senior notes and CA$1 billion of 1.978% fixed/floating rate senior notes, both due September 2027, on Sept. 15 this year, the company said late Friday. The redemption price for each series will equal 100% of principal plus accrued and unpaid interest through Sept. 15. Interest will cease to accrue on the redemption date, the company said.
