Monogator's Stock Looks Undervalued -- Market Talk
Dow Jones2026/09/07 04:480448 GMT - Monogatari's stock looks undervalued, SMBC Nikko Securities' Ryoza Minagawa says in a research report, citing the company with growth potential through restaurant openings in Japan. Its introduction of new formats could quicken growth, the analyst notes, and its overseas operations which are well underway. The Japanese company has room to keep opening restaurants, even at roadside locations, thanks to its short lead time for recouping investments and multi-format restaurant approach. The brokerage raises the stock's target price to 8,000 yen from Y5,800 to reflect a valuation roll-forward, with an unchanged outperform rating. Shares are 1.75% higher at Y5,810.
