Expert Shares XRP’s Next Macro Expansion
The post, shared on X, lays out percentage gains from each cycle and uses them to project where the current expansion could take the price.
The three cycles EGRAG CRYPTO identifies are a +2,405% gain in Cycle 1, a +1,002% gain in Cycle 2, and a +1,250% gain in Cycle 3. From those figures, he calculates an arithmetic average of around 1,552% and a geometric mean of around 1,444%. His post reads: “No fantasy numbers. No random targets. Just Math.”
Historical Precedent Supports the Targets
EGRAG CRYPTO attached a video by a co-analyst, Moon Lambo, who covered a previous analysis from EGRAG CRYPTO focusing on the methodology behind the price projections. He described the approach as perfectly reasonable, noting that drawing conclusions from percentage increases based on historical precedent is a legitimate analytical framework.
He referenced the $14.77 price target tied to the around 1,444% geometric mean figure and said: “This stuff is not crazy. This has happened in crypto so many times.” He also noted the Cycle 3 figure of +1,250%, which would place XRP at around $12.55.
Room to Run Higher
He then raised a question worth considering. If the current cycle proves larger than previous ones, those price levels could be conservative. He stopped short of prediction. “I don’t make price predictions,” he said. “I admit I don’t know.”
He was clear about his conviction on XRP. “I’m sitting here with you guys believing that if we just let enough time pass, it’s going to trend up and to the right on the chart because there’s strong fundamentals.” He acknowledged the risk too. “I could be wrong, and XRP might go to zero. I just don’t think I’m wrong.”
The Math Behind the Targets
EGRAG CRYPTO’s earlier analysis introduced both averaging methods to produce price projections. The arithmetic average treats each cycle’s gain equally.
The geometric mean accounts for compounding across cycles, making it the more conservative of the two figures. He noted that the geometric mean “measures the average compounded / multiplicative expansion across those three cycles” and stated: “I am with the Geometric Mean.”
The geometric mean at around 1,444% places XRP at $14.77. The arithmetic average at around 1,552% pushes that figure higher. Both targets come from documented cycle data.
