Kim Ki-bum, a close associate of the actual controller Lee Jeong-hoon, was appointed as the new CEO, while former CEO Lee Jae-won stepped down and will instead focus on the operation of the exchange’s trading platform itself. Kim Ki-bum was previously the head of external relations at the exchange, responsible for overseeing external communications and compliance management.
