Star Bulk Carriers Prices 4.4 Million Share Offering in Greece

06:19 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Star Bulk Carriers (SBLK) said Tuesday that it has priced its offering of up to 4.4 million new common registered voting shares in Greece at 23 euros to 25.50 euros ($26.75 - $29.66) apiece. The company said the shares will be sold to non-US persons outside the United States in offshore transactions. Shares of the company were down more than 1% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
