- Separate closings planned for each property, subject to standard conditions precedent.
- Żabka Polska to lease back both facilities under long-term agreements for at least 15 years, keeping operational use of the sites.
- Proceeds intended to free up capital from fixed assets, funding operations and further logistics network development.
