- Conversion covers DKK 8.51 million into 4,500,000 new shares at DKK 1.89, tied to a previously issued convertible loan.
- A further DKK 5.12 million converts into 3,700,000 shares at DKK 1.38, based on the 10-day volume-weighted average price.
- Total issuance reaches 8,200,000 shares, lifting outstanding shares to 33,168,329 from 24,968,329.
- Remaining debt falls to about DKK 3.87 million, leaving equity positive.
