Helios Technologies' Enovation Controls Acquires Radio Sound Assets

09:43 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helios Technologies (HLIO) said Wednesday its Enovation Controls operating company has acquired certain Radio Sound assets that will support a multiyear Indian Motorcycle contract. The acquisition is not financially material and adds advanced audio system products and design capabilities to its electronics portfolio, Helios said. Terms of the deal were not provided.
