- Elinesky previously led Sabre Gold Mines as president, CEO, director, steering its reorganization, then its February 2025 sale to Minera Alamos.
- He also served as CFO at multiple listed companies, including 11 years at McEwen Mining in progressively senior roles.
- Elinesky will lead corporate strategy, capital markets, financing, investor relations.
