BlackSky Selected as Exclusive Provider for AI-Enabled Satellite Constellation

10:13 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BlackSky (BKSY) said Wednesday it has been selected as the exclusive provider of very high-resolution electro-optical satellites for a new artificial intelligence-enabled satellite constellation. The initial constellation will include 50 satellites carrying radar, optical and other sensors, with BlackSky's Gen-3 satellites providing very high-resolution imagery as part of an AI-enabled intelligence platform serving users across France, Europe and the United Arab Emirates.
