- Gross proceeds targeted at about CAD 3.5 million to CAD 10 million for a concurrent financing tied to its Talon Group qualifying transaction.
- Each subscription receipt converts into one common share upon escrow release, expected at or just before the transaction closing.
- Proceeds earmarked for the cash purchase price, deal costs, working capital, potential debt repayment, general corporate purposes.
- Eligible finders may receive up to 7% cash fees, up to 7% finder warrants exercisable at CAD 0.12 for two years.
