Hagerty Prices Upsized Secondary Offering by Selling Shareholder; Shares Down Pre-Bell

05:17 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hagerty (HGTY) said Wednesday it has priced an upsized secondary offering by a selling shareholder of about 9.3 million class A common shares at $11.95 per share. The selling stockholder also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.4 million additional shares. The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering, which is set to close around Friday. Shares of Hagerty were down over 6% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
