- Director reappointments were adopted, covering Allan Pellow, Michiel Laubscher, Corne Oberholzer, Steve Naude, Mamsy Mokate, Funeka Mtsila, Ronel Coetzee.
- Nexia SAB&T was reappointed as auditor, represented by Aneel Darmalingam.
- Share buyback authority was granted, with board authorization to implement the approved resolutions.
- Authority was adopted to place unissued ordinary shares under directors’ control, set non-executive directors’ fees, provide related-party financial assistance.
