Blackstone Agrees to Acquire Flow Control

10:27 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) said Thursday that private equity funds affiliated with Blackstone Capital Partners and Blackstone Energy Transition Partners have signed a deal to acquire Flow Control from Audax Private Equity. Audax will retain a minority equity stake in Flow Control, a US provider of components for the data center liquid cooling, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors, Blackstone said. Financial terms were not provided. The transaction is expected to close in Q4, Blackstone said. Blackstone shares were down 2.4% in Thursday trading.
