- Director elections include David Reis, Class II, term through 2029 or 2027 if the charter change passes.
- Also up for reelection: Raffi Kesten, Class II, term through 2029 or 2027 if the charter change passes.
- Other items include updates to the officer and director compensation policy, director pay, auditor reappointment, financial statement review.
