Yelp Integrates OpenAI's Conversational Voice Model Into Business Tools

The integration of GPT-Live-1 as the front-end voice layer aims to help Yelp Host and Hatch deliver more natural conversations that understand business context and take action, Yelp said. This will also support voice AI in detecting and responding to callers in almost any language, the company added. Shares of the company were up 1.4% in Thursday trading.
