Lineage Sues Altus Power, Pearce Services Over Los Angeles Facility Fire

The company said the incident, which destroyed its 500,000-square-foot facility in the Boyle Heights neighborhood, was a solar fire rather than a warehouse fire. Lineage claimed this was not Altus' first fire at the facility and that both defendants ignored prior safety warnings and re-energized a defective rooftop solar array days before the fire, before required safety checks had been completed.
