05:29 PM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Franklin BSP Realty Trust's (FBRT) board reauthorized the company's share repurchase program on Thursday, providing $50 million in capacity through December 31. The company kept its quarterly dividend at $0.20 per share, payable on October 13 to shareholders of record as of September 30, along with a matching as-converted dividend on its convertible Series H Preferred Stock.
