Qatar LNG carriers arrive in Pakistan via the Strait of Hormuz, marking the first batch since July

(1) According to Turkish Anadolu Agency, an official confirmed that a cargo ship carrying approximately 82,000 tonnes of Qatari liquefied natural gas (LNG) arrived in Pakistan via the Strait of Hormuz. (2) Asad Altaf, spokesperson for the Pakistani port, stated that the cargo ship named "Al Marrouna" was loaded with LNG from Ras Laffan, Qatar. It passed through the Strait of Hormuz on Monday and docked at Port Qasim in Karachi, the country's commercial center, on Thursday morning. (3) This is the first batch of liquefied natural gas transported by Qatar to Pakistan via the Strait of Hormuz since July.
