Reuters2026/09/11 21:05- Two Harbors launched an offer to repurchase all USD 115 million of its 9.375% Senior Notes due 2030.
- Cash purchase price set at USD 26.38 per note, equal to 104% of USD 25 principal, repurchase date Oct. 14, 2026.
- Indenture obligations satisfied and discharged via an irrevocable USD 123.1 million deposit with the trustee.
- Any notes not repurchased will be redeemed May 17, 2027 at USD 25 per note; expected redemption price USD 25.01.
