Waldencast Plans Voluntary Nasdaq Delisting; Shares Down Pre-Bell

07:27 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Waldencast (WALD) plans to voluntarily delist its class A ordinary shares and warrants from Nasdaq, the company said Monday. Waldencast expects to file Form 25 by Sept. 24, with Nasdaq trading ending Oct. 2. The company plans to seek shareholder approval to rename itself to Milk Makeup and pursue OTC trading under the "MLKM" ticker, it said. Waldencast shares were down 23% in premarket activity.
