McCormick Shares Fall After TD Cowen Downgrade

03:21 PM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- McCormick & Company (MKC) shares fell 1.9% in Monday trading after TD Cowen downgraded the stock to hold from buy and lowered its price target to $55 from $60. Intraday volume topped 2.34 million shares, compared with the daily average of almost 3.65 million. Price: 50.36, Change: -0.96, Percent Change: -1.87
