Apotex Announces CA$750 Million Secondary Share Offering

04:47 PM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apotex Health (APTX.TO) Monday after trade announced a CA$750 million secondary offering of shares. Underwriters, who will purchase 22 million shares at CA$34 each from the selling shareholders, have also been granted a 15% over-allotment option. Apotex will not receive any proceeds. The offering is expected to close on Sept. 18. Apotex shares closed up CA$1.15 at CA$36.70 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
